How to change Home button long-press behavior on the Galaxy Note 8 and Galaxy S8

If you're the owner of a Galaxy Annotation eight, Galaxy S8 or Galaxy S8+, y'all've probably noticed that long-pressing the Home button toggles Google Assistant. But did you know that you lot tin remap the key to launch a different service? Don't become too excited, though: you will probably simply encounter options like Google Now and Samsung Cyberspace in here, or a different assistant service like Microsoft's Cortana if you have it installed.
